Delete Your FitPro Account

Permanent and irreversible. Read what gets removed before you start.

You have the right to permanently delete your FitPro account and all associated data at any time. This page explains exactly what happens and how to do it.

How To Delete Your Account

Option 1 - In the app (fastest):

  1. Open FitPro and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings (the gear icon).
  3. Scroll to Account, then tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm by typing your email address.
  5. Your account and data are removed immediately. You will be signed out.

Option 2 - By email (if you cannot sign in):

  1. Send an email to support@fitpro.app.
  2. Use the exact subject line: Delete My Account
  3. Include the email address on your FitPro account.
  4. We will verify your identity, delete your data within 7 business days, and reply to confirm.

This cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted there is no way to recover your workouts, meals, photos, or coach chats. If you want a copy of your data before deletion, request an export from Settings > Privacy > Export My Data, or email us.

If You Have An Active Subscription

Deleting your account cancels your subscription automatically. We do not pro-rate refunds for the current billing period, but if you would like one because of a specific issue, write us at support@fitpro.app within 7 days and we will refund the full month.
