FitPro is not a medical device, is not FDA-approved or FDA-cleared, and provides no medical diagnosis, treatment, or supervision. The app, its workouts, meal plans, and the AI Coach are general fitness and nutrition information only — not medical advice.
You must talk to a licensed physician before using FitPro if any of the following apply to you:
This list is not exhaustive. If you have any other medical condition or are unsure whether exercise is safe for you, consult your physician before starting.
If you are injured or feel unwell during a workout — for example chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or sharp pain — you agree to stop immediately and seek medical attention. You will not rely on FitPro or the AI Coach to assess, triage, or treat an injury or medical emergency. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, you release and hold harmless FitPro App LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the app, workouts, meal plans, or related services.
This waiver does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct, because Ohio law does not permit a release of liability for those. Nothing in this waiver limits any right you have that cannot be waived under Ohio law.
